mooncake is a type of pastry Chinese eat during the mid autumn festival. its filled traditionally with lotus paste and we usually accompany it with a cup of chinese tea. its <3

Yeah..well..the usual currysauce is better than the cheesesauce:D hahaha I was used to the chicory tasting like that sooo..it was kinda weird:D hahaha currysauce has more taste...and cheesesauce is better with chicory imho.

but most Dutch eat cauliflower with cheesesauce and NOT with currysauce..hahahaha

lotus paste is really sweet and nutty, but really fragrant at the same time. tastes a little like peanut butter, but with a more sugary and denser taste. you don't eat too much of it, so u need to accompany the mooncake with tea.

i tried curry and cauliflower here. but its done indian-style. is that the same thing you eat? cus that is awesome. i <3 indian food btw.

Yeah..indian food is sooooo good! I went to Amsterdam with a friend a few weeks ago and we wanted to eat something different than the usual sooo we had indian food and man..it was GOOD! I totally love the lamb curry with coconut<3 Sweet food is the best!

beancurd is made from soy milk,pressed into blocks and solidified. really nutritious stuff and chinese love it :p
