Bleach Asylum Scanlation thread

From time to time we will be doing some of our own scanlations and they will be posted here. We are mostly just going to do colourful Bleach omake's etc. All will be added to the front post and if a pic is down please let me know so I can re-host it. If there is something you really want done just ask cos I will consider it. Please give credit if you post elsewhere and yes I'm trying to advertise the site on these colourful bleach omake translations etc so sorry for the BA propaganda :o

The first 7 BA scanlations have been completed by me, and ileenka <3 they are recent colourful Bleach omakes from V-jump and the Bleach Official Bootleg. Enjoy :)

OK i have a request. I want to know what happens in the omake where Kiyone and Soi Fon seem to do somehting to Ukitake. (Do they tie him up?) And I would like to know what happens in the next one since it seems Yoruichi finds him? I am so curious to know what happens.

IIRC, Soi Fon and Kiyone are trying to get pics of Ukitake for the Captain photo album and so Kiyone distracts him while Soi Fon pins him up with kunai. They grab some pictures of him with his chest exposed then run off. Yoruichi happens along and Ukitake whines to her about being hung up and how he's going to catch a cold. :p

No actually that was the same idea but totally different to in the manga. I can probably scanlate those if people are interested. I forget what volume it was in but i have up to 27 so I'll have a look.

edit: actually i recall seeing them scanlated online? So I won't bother doing it :p

OK I found one, but it's not in the bubbles, could anyone do that for me? I don't have any image editing programs. It's form the Ju ni Blog (I didn't know it existed) It's Omake 18 (the one with soi fong Kiyone andukitake). Or should I beg Ju ni to put it in the bubbles (I don't know the scanlation ettiquette)

Uh I guess I wll post in the omake thread to see where ones are already translated.

Ummm the new Soul Candy... Yachiru; the President of the Shinigami Women Organization created (with Nemu's help) new gikongan for Hitsugaya, Mastsumoto, Rukia, Ikkaku, and Yumichika.... They had different personalities, one was a scardy cat, one was perverted, one was senseless aggressive, one was evil, one was lazy...

Yachiru doesn't create the Soul Candy. She only assigned specific ones to them. The Soul Candy already existed. There were about 6-7 (can't remember) types around. One's a snake, the other's a panda, one's a skull, chappy, yuki. They were all featured in one of the early volume sketches. The full line of Soul Candy.

The idea was to show the personalities of the other Soul Candy entities. We know how Chappy behaves but none of the others.

It's interesting how these omakes also show Unohana in a sorta fearful way. Everyone just obediently nodded when she said her soup would be a permanent addition on the SS menu xp Also, there's another omake with 12th Division regarding Mayuri and 'red dye'? One of the panels says something about upsetting Unohana and 'red dye' XD Nemu then tells Mayuri that he's mis-interpretting 'red dye' for 'dying in red' or whatever xp

Thank you so much for these. I love Bleach Omakes. It used to be so hard to find them. Most Bleach sites stopped at " Captain Hitsugayas Birthday" or whatever that omake was called. So again, thanks a million. :D

I think I have seen that translated somewhere before. Something about Yachirou wheeling through Byakua's house. And then it seems as if all the ladies association is hanging out in his house.

Among all the pompous self-calling names, "the person who hates the SHinigami the most among the west Rukongai" seems to be real, and he changes color in his eyes looking at Ichigo in Shihakusyo(*The kimono Shinigami wears).

(note: to change color in one's eye means to change his mood quickly.)


left below, under pic. of Ganjyu crushing into Ichigo: The two gets heated up and doesn't listen to others. The fight continuied with even power, but when the alarm for 9 o' clock rings,....?


left below, inside the box: four "younger brother" calling Ganjyu "aniki(*big brother)".They, too, rides on wild boars.

top right(title and short aori): The Visit---an old friend of Yoruichi


center passage inside black box: The party goes to Shiba Kukaku, who knows the way to get inside Seireitei without using the gates. There, they meet a female single-armed fireworker, Kukaku, and the man who fought Ichigo in last night, Ganjyu. The two got started on fighting immediately after they met, but was shut up by Kukaku; and then Kukaku started explaining hot to get into Seireitei.


top left(passage for the pic. Yoruichi scratching Ichigo): Ichigo complained to wait for ganjyu in elder's house, but was put in silence by Yoruichi's claw.

below left, in little box: The meaning of "kenpachi".--- The name indicates the Shinigami who "never falls down regardless of how many times to be cut."

top right(title and aori): An Awe---overwhelming difference in power


passage at top: After healing from wounds on battle with renji, Ichigo, Ganjyu and Hanataro were heading to the Senzaikyu. On the way, they got found by the mad beast Kenpachi Zaraki. With Kenpachi's huge dark reiatsu(soul pressure), even breathing gets difficult for Hanataro and Ganjyu. Ichigo lets the two run away first, and then challenges Kenpachi all by himself!


left(few lines under pic. of ichigo and skeleton): Malice that cannot be wiped out---The huge malice released by kenpachi causes the false feeling of "got killed". Ichigo gets caught in fear.


left(beside the pic. of Ichigo and kenpachi facing): An Immortal body---Ichigo's blade, frozen in fear, cannot even have a scratch on Kenpachis body with no guard.


below right:Zanpakutou was broken in just a split second of carelessness, and Ichigo falls down on the floor. And right where the kenpachi goes away, sees---Zangetsu.

well, this SOUL's doesn't really have new stuff...it is just a summary, so i think it is rather a "collector's item". However, the Seireitei Tsusin recorded after Colorful Bleach has several things unheard of before...so i would recommend on that.

The translation for the colorful bleach "Mystery of Female Shinigami Association" is ongoing. will be typed and out soon.

LOL! That was really funny! So, basically they are all in Byakuya's house having their meeting and acting like he's an intruder? Bwahahaha! It's so like Rangiku to say something like that because she thinks she owns everyone else's house. I did think that Ikkaku building a slip-and-slide surface for Yachiru was rather sweet of him!! Much more of a fan girl of his now...;)

Yeah it happened to certain people using various browsers and not others. To solve the problem just save it to your HD like Ladyscaper said and view it there. It's easy enough to delete afterwards :) I dunno how else to fix it :headscratch

Yeah there are 2 left in the colourful bleach bootleg and Kubo isn't doing them monthly in V jump for now but he may resume when he is less busy.

Additionally, there aren't much of new stuff. it's just a big summary of SS story.
Which page/part in particular do you wanna look at?

Ju-Ni translated only part one of the Databook of Souls. They have up the entirity of the RAW, and at this point, I don't know their current status on the rest of the databook. I haven't seen them put out any updated English sections in a few months and given their busy status with the weekly releases, I'm not sure when we could expect the rest to be scanned (if at all). They are the only group I am aware of in terms of tackling the translation and scanning though--perhaps someone knows of a forum with translations for the other sections if not scans?

Someone over at Narutofan already translated most of the data book section. Well pretty much all of it(i think). All it needs, is to be scanlated.

It was mentioned in the book it appeared in that its based on their own potential so they can't be compared to each other. For example Byakuya is only at 90 percent his full potential for kidou use which means he has room to improve.
