Considering we don't know a lot about nay number of these groups, I have to go with pure logic. The royal guard would not be so if they weren't uber powerful. I think the Vizard come a decent second. As for the Espada... I think it's more a matter of Aizen having an unlimited supply of replacements that makes them strong. Yes, we've only seen two of three fall so far, but I just don't think they're all that powerful. Aizen could wipe the slate clean and place 10 completely fresh faces into the mix. I say RG, VZ, ESP, SH, QC. In that order.

The Espada should generally be stronger then the Vaizards, else it would make the hougyoku seem meningless.
Since the espada is the top results of the hougyoku which is supposed to make near perfect hybrids... i don't see how the vaizards shold be stronger.

Their top guys would wipe the floor with the top guys of any other group IMO. There is just so many factors that come into fights, it's really hard to tell sometimes.

That's a tough question. In the end it will be Ichigo beating everyone so that would be the vaizards and shinigami hollow hybrids.

Shinigami like Yamamoto, Shunsui and Ukitake I'd guess, wouldn't have much trouble against the espada. There would be some kinda loophole or some golden rule making shinigami have some sort of advantage over the hybrids.

Voted for Shinigami. Since Aizen an his. co are technically shinigamis and there will be always Yamajii, Urahara and Isshin (and Ichigo at some point) that I have trouble at seeing they are being surpassed by others. I feel like the real battle is in between the top shinagamis. Visords and Espadas are strong and they are matches for each other but still I don't think they'd be able to beat the ones I mentioned.

As for Royal Guards, it's still to soon to say a thing, so I don't make any predictions XD

I'm going with the vaizards, which would probably count Aizen since he is planning on gaining hollow powers. The most powerful characters seem to point to hybridization. We have yet to see Shinji use Shikai nor bankai(which he probally has) add that with his mask he will be pretty unstoppable.

I'd say there's a tie between Arrankar and Vizards, as they have "limitless potential" unlike normal shinigami and normal hollows who would eventually hit a ceiling and thus having a "maximum powel level". I think we should've put "Arrankar instead of Espada" though since Espada is pretty much the group formed with the strongest arrankars.

then I'd say it would be Shinigami/Hollows/Quincy being tied. As for royal guards, I think they're shinigami too, but just with a special title or something.

Lisa was afraid of dying against hollow Ichigo.
Love was forced to use his mask in order to not die from the Cero Hollow bankai ichigo was using.
Kensei did an allright job against hollow Ichigo.

And remember when Ulquiorra almost faced hollow Ichigo? He was just as stunned as the Vaizards, albeit much more calm.

No, I meant vaizard Ichigo, but I can see why you thought I meant hollow Ichigo, I jumped a step there.

since hollow Ichigo was slowly changing in power, it was impossible to gauge what his power was, so I used vaizard ichigo (meaning vaizard bankai ichigo) as a point of reference, since his power was stable, and possibly stronger than what we saw him while becoming a hollow against the vaizards.

And Ulquiorra was stunned because Ichigo was showing power on par (stronger, actually) to him (I presume his unreleased form, meaning the power Ichigo is showing right now). Even if you assume he was referring to his release form, that still means 3 of the Espada are stronger than all the vaizards o.O

Vaizards seems powerful.. but there are just 9 of them.

They can't be strong as the whole shinigami or arrancars.

And, for all we know, the Royal Guard are still shinigami :D

i would say the vaizard, personally i dont think we've seen shinji (which is used as the base for choosing) up against ichigo, who definitely has alot of power, but on the other hand, have we seen a vaizard other than ichigo who goes bankai first and then hollow form? its been a while since those chapters but i dont think we have, that might give ichigo a power adv over some, but i still think shinji would pwn ichigo and the top espada if he felt like it

The strongest types are either Arrancar Vasto Lorde level hollows or Vaizards with Bankai. Aizen can already put a Espada Level arrancar on his knees with his spiritual pressure alone imagine what he could once he becomes a Vaizard.:eek:

At this point, I'd have to say the vaizard, though I'm still waiting for a *confirmed* sighting of a Vasto Lorde. :)

This was a tough decision, though -- I almost chose Espada (partly because they're waaaaaay cooler dressers:cool: ). But, as badass as the Espada seem to be, especially the top 4, they are still hollows at heart. When the pressure's on, I personally think the rabid-animal instinct of a killing machine kicks in, and no rabid thing can last long without the cool and calm use of a warrior's greatest weapon -- their brain (even Ichigo uses his every now and then........ doesn't he? :lmao).

That's where the Vaizards have the edge -- they crushed their insane hollows down into the very cores of their soul, riding them around like the little horsies they are, while still maintaining full control of their faculties.

So... yeah. Vaizards, IMO. :D

It's probably the Vizards, I mean you have a bunch of experienced captains and VCs that then get an almost Ichigo like powerup, so I think they would have to be the strongest, especially if you include Ichigo, though he says that he isn't with the Vizards. I would like to say the Espada, but they seem to let everyone down every time they come into play, I mean at least kill one shinigami!

The Royal guard are Shinigami, but I'm assuming that their reiastu and combat ability are stronger than a normal captain in the Gotei 13. Aizen is at least 5 times more powerful that a captain, but he won't have done what he's done thus far if he felt he could take them on.

The Royal Guard is filled with Captains, and really strong ones tho. I don't know much about it, but I'm sure they'll be hella strong. I take that as my #1.

Second, Vizard, along with the Espada. They both are pretty much equal. I think a captain level shinigami is pretty much on par with a vasto lorde arrancar. And a vice captain vizard with ann adjuchas arrancar.

For the rest, I think Shinigamis come after. They've proven to be strong and they've beaten the crap outta quincy's. If the quincy's were indeed stronger they would've been more populated.

I think the Shinigami have this one, for the simple fact that their is a HUGE number of shinigami, and many of them have the potential to become extremely powerful in their own right. Look at Aizen, for example. Everything seems to suggest that next to Yama, he's the strongest Shinigami there is. He 1 shotted 3 captain level opponents without breaking a sweat, put grimmjow on his knees with his spiritual pressure alone, and has a broken ass shikai. I could only Imagine his Bankai.

So with the Shinigami able to produce such strong and powerful people, it only stands to reason that they'd be at the top of the list. The Royal Guard kinda counts as Shinigami, because all of the Royal Guard are shinigami as far as we know, just exceptionally powerful ones.
