I really think that this pairing is really cute! I absolutely loved when they called each other names! Yeah, I think that was how Hitsugaya's powers were starting to be born (he already heard a voice when Hinamori was leaving for her first day to the academy....and he was clearly saddened).....When Hinamori soon reached higher up in school, she started to focus more than ever on her future career that it ended up shortening her visits and as a result.....Hitsugaya probably grew lonelier and his powers would escape from his body and nearly kill his grandma when he is asleep :(.....

His grandma even said, "You have been holding it in (but what was he holding in?) all this time.....so that I will not be lonely!".....

But granny was so happy for him and she gave him her blessing :love!

Well, as much as it may pain her, that is the only way she can get better.....seing Aizen again....and hopefully she will truly see his true side and she will have to make a choose.....to stick with her obsessive admiration for him.....or move on, knowing that trying to defend this man (who is about to kill everyone for his own goals) is not worth it and will try to stop him....only to be either injured or saved by someone (either Hitsugaya or for some reason.....Shinji....because they are bound to meet again) because as much as she is characterized so well.....Aizen is just too powerful for both Hinamori and Hitsugaya....and almost everyone :(....

Hey there Bleach_ninja-san!! I have to say that HitsuHina stands a pretty good chance. I've explained before that they already have a wonderful relationship and a sweet past and now it's just a matter of Hinamori getting over Aizen. I know shill. She's a strong girl and I know some people get doubtful when it comes to her but I know (hope) that she'll pull through it. Also, once she's back I'm sure her and Hitsugaya will go back to how they were witha little flirting here and there, I'm sure. :p

I think that scene showed to Hitsugaya....that Hinamori was truly devastated....the girl who used to always be so cheerful and optimistic....now was reduced to a heart broken, confused girl....all because of Aizen and Gin's treachery :cry.....

He was probably lost of words when seeing her like that and was therefore upset with Gin and later Aizen, for hurting her and torturing her like that.....

The history, there is such a deep bond between them from the days they knew each other in Rukongai. It is just so sweet and delicate on the surface but deep within there is a definite connection :love its so sweet.

In AU, something sweet like ice-skating or playing in the snow :) Aww, I can just imagine the cute fanart!

Hitsugaya is generally level-headed and all-professional Shinigami-like but he does falter a bit when it comes to Momo-Chan (re: Hitsugaya vs Gin fight :love) but hopefully he'll be able to keep his cool during current arc's fights even if someone brings up Momo-Chan.

I think Momo is still at Soul Society recovering (possibly with Nanao; it was implied somewhere, I think Kubo's omakes or a reference in a bonus page, maybe? That Nanao has been reading to Momo when she was in coma and keeping her company) since Yama-jii knows she is not in the right emotional state (or even physical health, really) to be participating in the current war at present. But the war might move on to SS-attack at one point, so Momo might have to be involved. All just my predictions but it would be cool to see Momo fight again and see more of her Kidou skills (she is the master of the art and all).

I like Aizen, too; mostly as a great antagonist character. The "onlyonefingertostopIchigo'sbankai" was so funny :lmao

From what I heard, Hinamori does not even make a appearance in this movie.....

But, I also read from a review in January when the enemy of the movie taunt Hitsugaya by asking rudely, "How is she doing?"......Other than that, she does not make a appearance.....even though in canon......a combination of his grandma's safety, Hinamori going to be a shinigami and missing her, and Matsumoto giving him advice were all his motivators to go to become a shinigami. In the movie....not so much.....

The strange thing is how she doesn't appear even though she was voted so high in the last popularity poll. You'd think they'd show her more. But with Kira having an arc so closely revolving around him for filler, I'm hoping that the anime has a Hinamori-centric filler in mind down the road. OK, I finally watched the 2nd Bleach movie, Diamond Dust Rebellion (subbed), last night and I could only notice two HitsuHina-centric scenes / moments:

There was a small scene with the Nakama gang (sans Renji) at Urahara's shop / home and Rukia explained to them that Hitsugaya grew up in Junrinan, District 1 of Rukongai and grew up with Hinamori "as siblings" (I excuse the filler movie-makers for that since Rukia probably doesn't know much about HitsuHina and their bond) and explaning that Hinamori is still recovering (read: coma) so well, that was convenient for the animators :mad:

AND! Kusaka (antagonist, main villain) was talking to Hitsugaya about how "I'm surprised you joined the Gotei 13 considering how you feel about their values?" (I interpreted as that, which may be different from the subs) and Kusaka says, "Was it became of the cute, innocent girl?" and Hitsugaya was totally pissed with that (like :yell :mad:!!) and that cute, innocent girl would have to be Hinamori, right? Well, the animators could have slot in a quick flashback to Hinamori somewhow but nooo, totally skipped! :mad:

But still, ok. I liked the movie; better than the first one (a lot better, actually) and there were some awesome Rangiku, 11th Division and IchiRuki moments so I was content :thumbs

He probably also thinks that, in her condition, she would be killed. So perhaps being kept out is what is best for Hina's safety. Hitsu only wants Hina to be safe I suppose.

But: If Hinamori turned up and went to attack one of the fraccion would Hitsugaya try to stop her?

I think no. He would let her fight and try and prove her loyalty again.

umm, well let's see,

to me Hinamori and Hitsugaya are the kind of pairing that we all should shoot for, they are kind and yes they around with each other a lot, but you can tell that behind it all they truly care for one another, as we have seen with Hitsugaya risking his life time and time again to protect and defend momo, so that's one of the main reason I love this pairing.

thank you for your reasons and I agree, there are a lot of pairing hopefuls in bleach but this is one of the only ones with pure evidence and a basis to the reasons.

They were childhood friends and still feel strong protective emotions towards each other which is sweet.

exactly, They were CHILDHOOD FRIENDS, I honestly get so irritated when people say that they are related, when they aren't, they simply grew up together, and they still deeply care about one another, which is why the protect one another even at the cost of their own lives.

And yes, there is clear evidence to support this pairing, and we have seen it time and time again, I mean two flash backs with HitsuxHina together, and we always see Hitsugaya protecting Momo and yes, he still teases her to cheer her up, like we saw in the last chapter that had Momo in it, I mean I think there is a reason that Kubo made her first appearance after the whole Aizen-incident, be with Hitsugaya.

Yep, but bring her stronger, please. Don't let Aizen be right in his "Hinamori couldn't live with me". Of course, she is not going to be as happy-go-lucky as she was... She should be considerably angsty and depressed (if she wasn't, that would be totally out of character). But otherwise than that, we want to see her as kickass as she can be.

From what has happened to her, Kubo has two options: maker her stronger or destroy her. I hope he makes her stronger. With her being such a popular character, I hope we'll see her again, but we're in Kubo's hands.

I'd be a happy fangurrrl if Hinamori got over Aizen. But I wouldn't want it to be fast...

In fact, I'm writing some fic about how it could happen... though it's pretty introspective.

What happens is Hinamori has to get to know what she is without Aizen. It's hard because she's been with him most of her life, but she can, and she'd grow stronger because of it.

Yep, but bring her stronger, please. Don't let Aizen be right in his "Hinamori couldn't live with me". Of course, she is not going to be as happy-go-lucky as she was... She should be considerably angsty and depressed (if she wasn't, that would be totally out of character). But otherwise than that, we want to see her as kickass as she can be.

From what has happened to her, Kubo has two options: maker her stronger or destroy her. I hope he makes her stronger. With her being such a popular character, I hope we'll see her again, but we're in Kubo's hands.I'd like to see Hinamori return to some form of happiness even if it is considerably lesser than what she used to be like.
