So do ppl like the anime fillers that pretty much star Matsu or no? I don't mind them since they decided to focus on her I must say. Her shopping expedition was a bit weird lol the choices in clothes didn't seem to suit her imo. Ok so not much of a topic but it's something :p

While I appreciate the anime giving Matsu more screen time, the writers still do not showcase her ability as a senior VC.

She's shown as being nice and kind, yet intelligent. She's shown bullying Ikkaku. Sure she's shown cutting down a few arrancar... but still gets hit a few times. Over and over again, she needs to be saved by Hitsu...

I liked that backstory on Toushiro it good to see that Matsumoto and Toushiro already had a some sort of a relationship before the Bleach storyline. Young Matsumoto looks the same as older Matsumoto just the hair and scarf.
