A shinigami can perform Konso and send the soul to Soul Society. However this requires 2 posts. The first post by the shinigami will be their arrival onto the scene. The second post, which can occur no earlier than 24 hours later, is the actual konso post. If an opponent appears and initiates combat, konso can be performed immediately after the opponent(s) are defeated.

When in Soul Society, Shinigami gain 25% of their max reiatsu temporarily.

Ranks
Shinigami have 13 Captains, 13 vice captains, and an additional 198 seats per division, totaling 2600. If we get more shinigami than this... Well simply put, the board will have gone down due to bandwidth issues.

Captains are usually decided by a 2/3s vote of the current captains, or you can challenge a captain for his spot. On certain occasions, however, the soutaicho alone may interview and decide upon candidates. Open captain, or vice captain spots must be applied for, and captains have the power to organize division seats and ranks to their liking.

Kidou
Chanting takes up one turn and the spell is unleashed the next. Unchanted spells can be performed right away. Chanting increases the effect and damage of kidou by 40%.

Binding spells - An opponent cannot act for their next turn. Effect is canceled after attacked while bound, unless otherwise stated. Chanted Kidoh is required for unchanted versions.

1. Restrain (Sai) — Locks a target's arms in place behind their back for 1 turn (Does not apply to dodging or shyunpo). Cost: 25 Can be countered with equal points of strength. Speed: 25

4. Crawling Rope (Hainawa) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms for 1 turn (Does not apply to dodging or shyunpo) Cost: 50 Can be countered with equal strength + 10. Speed: 50

8. Seki (Repulse) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it. Cost: 50 If it successfully blocks, the opponent is stunned and cost to dodge for the rest of the round is increased by 5%.

9. Hit (Geki) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them for 1 turn.
Incantation: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! (Jikai seyo, rondanini no kuro inu! Ichidoku shi, yaki harai. Mizukara nodo o kaki kiru ga ii!!) Cost: 65 Can be countered with equal strength. Speed: 50

26. Kyakko (Curving Light) - Hides the target from sight, presumably by bending light.
Cost: Moderator Assigned

30. Shitotsu Sansen (Beak-Stab Triple Beam) - Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle. Cost: 300 Speed: 300 If successful the target cannot attack or dodge, though it can be broken out of with equal strength to cost.

37. Tsuriboshi (Suspending Star) - Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.

39. Arc Shield (Enkosen)— Summons a shield of condensed reiatsu to block opponents' attacks. Cost: 500 Effect: defends up to 625. Speed: Instant

58. Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows (Kakushitsuijaku) — Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.

61. Six Rods Prison of Light (Rikujōkōrō?) — Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. Referred to as "Six Rod Light Restraint" in the English manga. Immobilizes target for 1 turn. (Does not effect actions, only dodging, movement, etc)
Incantation: Carriage of thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six. (Raimei no basha, itoguruma no kangeki, hikari mote kore o mutsu ni wakatsu.) Cost: 750 Effect: Prevents dodging and short ranged attacks. Can be countered with strength equal to that of the cost. Speed: Instant

62. Hundred Steps Fence (Hyapporankan) — A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile. Cost: 750 Damage: 250 Effect: Prevents dodging, defense, and short ranged attacks. Can be countered with strength equal to 1.25 that of the cost. Speed: 500

63. Winding Binding Chain (Sajō sabaku) — The target is wrapped from the neck down in a thick chain. Cost: 750 Effect: completely immobilizes target. Can be countered with strength equal to 1.5 that of the cost. Speed: 750

73. Tozansho - Creates a pyramid-shaped barrier around the caster. Cost: 750 Speed: 750 Defends up to twice the cost and can also defend up to two other people.

75. Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars (Gochūtekkan?) — Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground. Prevents action and movement for 1 turn (all movement and physical actions disabled).
Incantation: Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end. (Tessu no kabe sougyou no tou shakutetsu keikei tanzen toshite tsuini oto nashi) Cost: 1,000 Can be countered with strength equal to twice the cost to cast. Speed: 500.

77. Heavenly Rickshaws in Silken Air (Tenteikūra) — Transmits messages to anyone within a specific area. In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages.

81. Splitting Void (Dankū) — Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. According to Byakuya, it is capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89 Cost: 1500 Defends up to 1.5 cost, if broken user receives 1.25 damage.

99. Part 1. Seal (Kin) — Binds the arms of a target with spiritual fabric and iron shafts. Removes action and movement for 1 turn. Cost: 2,000 Can be countered by double in strength. Speed: 800

99, Part 2. Great seal (Bankin) — This spell covers a target from head to toe with spiritual fabric.
First song. Immobilizes and prevents action on opponent for 2 turns.
Incantation: First song: halting fabric (Shokyoku: Shiryū) Cost: 500. Can be countered with 3 times the strength of cost. Part 1 must be a successful hit in previous post. Speed: NA

Second song stabs them with numerous metal blades.
Incantation: hundred linked bolts. (Nikyoku: Hyakurensan) (does damage equal to cost) Cost: 750. Cannot be countered. Part 2 first song must be cast in previous post. Speed: 700

Final Song: And then smashes them with an immense metal cube. Damage equal to Half Cost. Part 2 Second Song required and have been used in previous post.
Incantation: great seal of 10,000 forbiddings. (Bankin Taihō) Cost: 1000. Does damage four times the cost Speed : 500.


Destructive spells
1. Thrust (Shō) — Pushes the target away from the caster.
Cost: 50 Effect: Delays the opponent's speed by 1.25 cost

4. White Lightning (Byakurai) — Fires a concentrated bolt of lightning from the caster's forefinger. Cost: 50. Deals Equal Damage. Speed: 50

11. Tsuzuri Raiden (Reading Lightning) - Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through. Cost: 100 Speed: Instant Adds an electric property to the user's weapon for a single turn. Damage is increased by 75% of the cost and if the attack connects the opponent experiences a 25% decrease in all their movements in their following turn.

31. Shot of Red Fire (Shakkahō) — Fires a ball of red energy at a target equal to Reiatsu used. Double damage if target is water based.
Incantation: Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, The sea barrier surges, March on to the south! (Kunrinsha yo! Chiniku no kamen, banshō, habataki, HITO no na o kansu mono yo! Shounetsu to sōran, umihedate sakamaki minami e to ho o susume yo!) Cost: 75. Does double damage Speed: 50.

33. Blue Fire, Crash Down (Sōkatsui, Pale Fire Crash in the English dub) — Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
Incantation: Ye Lord! Mask of flesh and bone, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, Upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws! (Kunrinsha yo! Chiniku no kamen, banshō, habataki, HITO no na o kansu! Shinri to sessei, tsumi shirame yume no kabe ni wazuka ni tsume o tate yo!) Cost: 200 Does Damage equal to cost + 100. Speed: 100

54. Abolishing Flames (Haien) — does intense burn damage.
Cost: 400. Does equal damage. Does 10% cost damage for next five turns. Speed: 300.

58. Orchid Sky (Tenran) — A widening tornado-like blast is fired towards the target. Cost: 500 Damages for 1.5 cost and impedes the opponents movement by 5% cost. Speed: 300

63. Thunder Roar Cannon (Raikōhō) — Fires a massive wave of yellow energy at a target.
Incantation: Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! (Sanzai suru, kemono no kotsu! Sentou, kōshō, kōtetsu no sharing. Ugokeba kaze, tomareba sora. Yariutsu neiro ga kōjō ni michiru!) Cost: 750. Does Double damage. Speed: 350.

73. Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down (Sōren Sōkatsui) — Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety.
Incantation: Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens. (Chiniku no kamen, banshō, habataki, hito no na o kansu! SΓ΄ka no kabe ni sΓ΄ren o kizamu, taika no fuchi o enten ni te matsu!) Cost: 1,000. Does Double Damage (Separated into two shots). Speed: 400.

88. Flying Dragon Striking, Heaven-Shaking, Lightning Cannon (Hiryūgekizokushintenraihō) — Fires a massive blast of spiritual energy in a fashion similar to a laser. Cost: 2000 Does Double Damage. If defended against, opponent must use 20% more of the cost to cast. Speed: 1500

90. Black Coffin (Kurohitsugi) — Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.
Incantation: The crest of turbidity, seeping out. An insolent vessel of madness. Boiling up, denying, numbess, blinking, obstructing, slumber. The steel princess who creeps, the mud doll, ever disintegrating. Unite! Oppose! Filling the Earth, know your own impotence!
Cost: 2,000. Does triple the damage of cost and disables the opponents recharge next turn. Speed: 800.

Other
These spells are not explicitly stated to be in one category or the other.

* White Crawl (Hakufuku) — Momo Hinamori uses this spell while imprisoned to knock out a guard and destroy everything within a certain radius of herself. The anime suggests that it is a binding spell, but doesn't number it. Incapacitates opponent for 1 turn after attack and does 500 damage. Cost: 1,000. Speed: 500.

* Mirror Door (Kyōmon) — Tōshirō Hitsugaya used this to seal Momo Hinamori's hospital room. It creates a glass-like barrier which is difficult to break from the outside, but quite simple to break from the inside. Puts up a barrier equal to reiatsu used for 1 turn (adds to person's defend stat). Cancels as soon as person inside barrier takes an action. Cost: 1,000. Speed: Instantaneous

* Reverse Demon (Hanki) — This technique nullifies an opponent's movement by hitting them with a perfectly opposite surge of energy. Yoruichi uses this against Soifon's shunkō. (Must have 4,000 points to obtain) Cost and speed are determined by the move used against you. Cost: Moderator Assigned.

* Temporal Stasis (Jikanteishi) — A forbidden spell used by Tessai along with kūkanten'i. It is unclear what effect the spell has. Cost: Moderator Assigned

* Spatial Displacement (Kūkanten'i) — A forbidden spell used by Tessai with jikanteishi to teleport a specified portion of space from one point to another, transporting even other active kidō spells. Cost: Moderator Assigned


Major abilities
Zanpakuto abilities - Specifically special attacks that combine strength and reiatsu. (like Getsuga Tenshou) Cost: 1,000. Damage = Cost + 500. Requires Shikai or Bankai.

Zanpakuto abilities (passive) - special abilities that are attached to your zanpakuto. These include poisoning, freezing, etc.
Cost: 1000. Variable effect. Requires Shikai or Bankai

Healing Zanpakuto - Restores double cost in health. Cost: 1,000. Requires Shikai or bankai. No non-healing zanpakuto abilities can be obtained. (can be boosted)

Forms
Shikai - Allows access to Zanpakuto abilities, and any non-katana based form. You are given the option of having your strength or defense stat increased by 50% or have one of the two increased by 75%. Increases the effect, damage, and speed of zanpakuto abilities by 1.5. Comes with a free shikai ability worth 1000 points.
Cost: 1,000. Requires 500 points each turn to maintain.

Bankai - Increases the effect, damage, and speed of zanpakuto abilities by 2.5 and normal physical attacks by 2. Increases 1 stat by 300%, or 3 stats by 100%, or 2 stats by 150%. Recharge is doubled while bankai is active.
Cost: 3,500 Soul Points. Requires 1,000 points each turn to maintain.
Extra Note: Requires the user to have at least 8000 total soul points to buy (additional forms, with additional stat modifiers can be obtained through equal cost. Essentially, you have 2 Bankai. They just can't be on at the same time.) (First Bankai ability comes free)

Shunko - Available after the purchase of Lvl 4 Kidou and Lvl 5 Hakuda. Also requires that the user have at least 7500 soul points total. Doubles the efficiency of all damage and defense. If activated while using bankai, both efficiency boosts are lowered to 1.5. Cost: 1000 Requires 1,000 points each turn thereafter to maintain.

Vizard Mask - Allows shinigami to use hollow powers. Damage dealt doubled, Damage recieved & speed cost for dodging and attacking halved. Cost: Assigned by Moderator. Requires 1,000 points each turn to maintain.

*It does not cost anything to activate Shikai, Bankai, Shunko, or Vizard mask. In battle one must wait one turn before performing any action after activation.


Levels
Costs are 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 for levels 1-5 respectively. Previous level costs are discounted back you when you advance to the next. Total Soul Point costs are as follows:
Level 1: 100
Level 2: 250
Level 3: 500
Level 4: 1000
Level 5: 2000

The amount of Lvl 5 abilities you can have are as follows:
1 at 8000
2 at 10000
3 at 15000
4 at 20000

Zanpakuto Affinity: Increases the efficiency of one's zanpakuto abilities by.

Lvl 1 - 20%, 5% discount on buying zanpakuto abilities
Lvl 2 - 40%, 10% discount on buying zanpakuto abilities
Lvl 3 - 60%, 15% discount on buying zanpakuto abilities
Lvl 4 - 80%, 20% discount on buying zanpakuto abilities
Lvl 5 - 100%, 30% discount on buying zanpakuto abilities

Shunpo: Allows speed boosting with reiatsu to be.

Lvl 1 - 20% more efficient.
Lvl 2 - 40% more efficient.
Lvl 3 - 60% more efficient.
Lvl 4 - 80% more efficient.
Lvl 5 - 125% more efficient.


Medical Arts: Allows one to transfer their reiatsu to one's health or an ally. No other action can be taken in the turn one uses to heal.

Lvl 1 - Can heal 15% of one's max health in one post. Amount healed is 115% of reiatsu used.
Lvl 2 - Can heal 30% of one's max health in one post. Amount healed is 130% of reiatsu used.
Lvl 3 - Can heal 45% of one's max health in one post. Amount healed is 145% of reiatsu used.
Lvl 4 - Can heal 60% of one's max health in one post. Amount healed is 160% of reiatsu used.
Lvl 5 - Can heal 100% of one's max health in one post. Amount healed is 200% of reiatsu used.


Kidou: Gives certain bonuses when using kidou. Does not stack with the damage modifier given by shikai.

Lvl 1 - 10% strength boost, 50% increase in speed boosting, 5% discount on buying
Lvl 2 - 20% strength boost, 10% discount on buying
Lvl 3 - 30% strength boost, 75% increase in speed boosting, 15% discount on buying
Lvl 4 - 40% strength boost, 20% discount on buying
Lvl 5 - 60% strength boost, 100% increase in speed boosting, 30% discount on buying


Zanjutsu: Increases the users efficiency while using a zanpakuto.

Lvl 1 - 10% strength and defense boost
Lvl 2 - 20% strength and defense boost
Lvl 3 - 30% strength and defense boost
Lvl 4 - 40% strength and defense boost
Lvl 5 - 60% total strength and defense boost


Hakuda: Increases the users efficiency at unarmed combat and with a hakuda based zanpakuto. It does not stack with Zanjutsu bonuses.

Lvl 1 - 5% total boost to speed/defense/strength
Lvl 2 - 10% total boost to speed/defense/strength
Lvl 3 - 15% total boost to speed/defense/strength
Lvl 4 - 20% total boost to speed/defense/strength
Lvl 5 - 30% total boost to speed/defense/strength

*For skill levels that allow discounts, you get a refund on previous abilities purchased based on your current skill level. Make sure to include all discounts and such in your character sheet.
