Aizen's Zanpakutou - Potential Weaknesses

Let's say that Aizen sends some Espada to go and fetch Ichigo and his friends. If Aizen were to release his zanpakutou I am sure Ichigo won't have his mask on. Ichigo will see the release with his shinigami eyes but I have a theory that if he were to put his mask on he will be able to see the real Aizen while looking through his hollow eyes. I think it could be possible and it would give Ichigo a chance to surprise Aizen and wound/kill him during the winter war before Aizen realizes the flaw in the hypnosis of Vizards.

Ichigo's hollow side calls himself Zangetsu and is one of two sources of power, one the king and the other the horse. Aizen's hypnosis might not work on a zanpakutou(in shikai mode) and if it does then maybe it will only work on the king at the time, either old man Zangetsu or hollow Zangetsu. If this is the case then I could see it being the circumstance that forces Aizen to go Bankai, one can only imagine how crazy that will be.

Without a flaw I can't see how it would be possible to defeat Aizen during the winter war. If anyone has any good theories please post them. The only person who has an edge against Aizen is Tousen but there is no guarantee that he will go against Aizen or even be able to hurt him.

I've actually thought of this before. Ya' have a point in sayin' his eyes are different, but I'm still not sure it's entirely plausible. I'm unsure if Aizen's shikai goes in through the eyes an' controls the senses via the brain, or if it requires that ya' can only control those whose eyes have been subjected t' the shikai an' if it's the eyes that are really the key. That's where I hit a roadblock. I just don't know what the case is.

However, it's a decent theory that can definitely use some expansion.

Honestly, I don't think Ichigo's anywhere CLOSE to being strong enough that Aizen needs to use the hypnosis technique on him.

Honestly, that shikai just makes it easier for Aizen to do what he wants, and to avoid fights. It also allows him to fight lazily.

If Ichigo was really that strong, Aizen would just bankai him.

I think though that the hollow eyes may be the key to seeing through it, but honestly, I just don't think Ichigo will ever see the release.

It's kind of silly to think, I mean, if Aizen starts to say his release name, Ichigo can just close his eyes until he gets done talking.

Aizen starts releasing, Ichigo's eyes close, Ichigo gets stabbed in the heart by some flunky. Yeh, that'sa good plan .

This may be the sole weakness to Aizens shikai, but I wonder just how overwhelmingly awesome his bankai will be.

If Aizen releases without calling Kyouka Suigetsu out though, Ichigo can't really react to it.

The idea that wearing the mask can penetrate the hypnosis is interesting, but I suspect the key factor will be Shonen Willpower(tm). He'll just break through the hypnosis because he's that cool.

hm... well I don't think that would work though... since even in Vaizardmode, Ichigo is still Ichigo and I don't think it would change a thing. And Either way, Aizen could unrelease and re-release his Zanpakutou again. And even then, Aizen never needed Kyouka Suigetsu's ability to beat Ichigo... he was just too strong. So yea I agree with Saff's theory... Ichigo will get superduperuberstronger, and will beat Aizen's Zanpakutou's effect because he's cool like that =D
